Back to Sondela, Bela Bela, and the wildlife came right along with it — zebras grazing metres from the guy ropes, giraffes browsing just beyond the fence, and a nyala that walked straight up to the tent door like it belonged there.

Neighbours You Don't Expect

Didn't even need to leave camp for this one — a nyala wandered right up to the tent while the kids watched from just inside the doorway.

Beyond the campsite fence, the bushveld delivered exactly what it's known for.

Evenings at Camp

As the sun went down, the fire came out and the Familia settled into its evening glow — the "coody" printed right there on the roof, catching the light.
