What's covered

The 1-year free warranty covers product defects. Damage due to customer negligence is not covered.

Major damage

In case of major damage, we may need to send it to the manufacturing factory. Please understand that if we send it to the manufacturing factory, repairs may take a long time due to the delivery period.

Self-repair kit

For air tent products, a simple self-repair kit is included. Please be aware that damage caused by customer negligence other than a defect in the tent will be treated as a paid repair, and in this case, a large shipping fee and time may be incurred.

Free gifts

Please note that free gifts are not included in the warranty.
